Administrator / Field Service Co-ordinator

Fixed term contract for 4 months. Start date 27th August 2010 - 4th January 2011

38 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

1. To control all of our clients demo/loan equipment to ensure that the Company's reputation is maintained enhanced through exceeding expectations and delighting customers.
2. To support technical sales enquiries and to maintain maintenance contract records within the department.
3. To assist in the repair, service and commissioning reports and any other required documentation.
4. To communicate with customers the condition of their job/visit.
5. To schedule all external and internal engineers workloads by using the suitable software and customer requirements.
6. To communicate with relevant departments concerning problems with equipment and customer requirements using quality and customer complaint procedures.
7. To identify the requirements of the demo/loan stock .
8. To take part in Service improvement initiatives as required by the Service Manager
9. To cover for repair co-ordinator during holiday periods.
10. Entry of service order and invoicing of said orders on SAP.

Someone with an electronics background would be beneficial and/or someone who has previously worked in an instrumentation business.

Knowledge of SAP and Loyus Notes would be advantageous.

To co-ordinate case conferences or events which involve: arranging dates, booking of rooms, informing attendees of arrangements and distribution of highly confidential papers. Checking of invoices for items such as stationery and IT equipment.

• Ability to interpret complex information to produce a high quality document with minimal guidance. Also the ability to organise, plan and meet set targets e.g. for event organisation.

4 X Poster Distributors required for approx 2 weeks. Own transport will be required as this position will involve travelling to various locations to distribute posters.

Petrol expenses paid daily after the initial 15 miles.
Hours 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Our client manufactures and distributes posters for a variety of large events such as Biggin Hill Air Show, Airbourne and all the regional theatres, this role would suit someone who is confident at walking into a shop and making conversation.

This role would suit people who are reliable, fit, proactive, able to follow instructions and who have a fresh approach. This position will involve going into every business premises in the specified areas requesting permission to put posters up in there windows for forth coming events.

Also the ability to organise, plan and meet set targets e.g. for event organisation. · Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to provide clear and concise specialist advice and guidance to a range of clients. · Good literacy and numeracy skills in order to understand complex written instructions describing tasks and to check financial invoices and other documents · Ability to present information clearly, concisely, accurately and in ways that promote understanding, either verbally or in written/electronic form. · Excellent knowledge of single specialist ICT software and good general knowledge of ICT software for the integral use of word processing, data processing, updating websites, creating, developing workflows or electronic presentations and the ability to investigate and troubleshoot system related problems and provide solutions.
