Our Background

JSS was established in 1985 with one aim - to provide bespoke, honest and effective recruitment service to both clients and candidates. This aim remains today and is reinforced by both the Directors and the Senior Management team. We focus on building strong and lasting relationships:- personal involvement and commitment is the foundation of our business.

Our success is based upon the tailor made service that we provide for our clients in the supply of Temporary and Permanent staff - and the consistent, informed feedback we are able to offer to our candidates.

It is this philosophy that has set us apart from our competitors. Our success over the last 23 years has been achieved through listening and understanding. Our company has been built through a controlled strategy - enabling past successes to influence the behaviours of all new Consultants. Change in workforce is inevitable as our encouragement in growth and personal devleopment begins with our own teams! Following sponsorship of both industry related and academic qualifications, previous members of our team are now clients in extended fields - an achievement we are proud of. However, we are proud too of the commitment and dedication to JSS that is shown by members of the team who have remained with us through many years!
